Teezioo is operated by BeeGo LLC. The following shipping information explains processing times, delivery estimates and charges before you place an order.
Order processing and delivery to the United States
Order processing takes 1–5 business days. After dispatch, standard transit takes 1–15 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 2–20 business days.
Processing and delivery days are Monday through Saturday, excluding applicable holidays. The daily order cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles). Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next processing day. Estimates may vary with the destination, holidays and carrier delays.
Shipping destinations
Shipping is available to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada. Checkout confirms whether delivery is available to your address. The delivery estimates above apply to United States orders. For an estimate to Canada, contact support@teezioo.com before ordering.
Standard shipping charges
Charges are in US dollars and are based on the order subtotal after discounts:
- $0.00–$40.00: $5.90
- $40.01–$78.99: $4.90
- $79.00 and above: free standard shipping
Your shipping charge and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking and delivery issues
We email tracking information when your order ships. Carrier tracking may take time to update. Please check your delivery address before completing your order. If a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution.
Returns and exchanges
For defective or incorrect items and exchange requests, please read our Return policy and Refund policy. Contact us before sending any item back; our business address is not an automatic return authorization.
